5-2-7: ADDITIONAL ABATEMENT PROVISIONS; LIEN:
In addition to the foregoing, the village may abate the nuisance in any reasonable manner including the removal of articles constituting the nuisance and may collect from such violators the reasonable cost thereof. The cost of removal shall become a lien on the real estate affected; provided, that a notice of lien is filed in the office of the recorder of deeds within sixty (60) days of the completion of the abatement of said nuisance. The lien notice shall set forth a description of the real estate involved, the amount of money representing the costs and expenses incurred in the abatement of the nuisance, and the dates when said costs and expenses were incurred by the village.
