No license shall be issued under the provisions of this chapter until the application therefor has been approved in accordance with the provisions of the foregoing section and applicant has paid a fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) which fee shall be in addition to the application fee referred to in section 4-17-2 of this chapter. The license shall terminate on May 1 following the date of the issuance of the license unless sooner suspended or revoked. (Ord. 1584, 7-15-2013)
