4-2-23: PENALTIES:
Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined as provided in section 1-4B-1 of this code, and in the discretion of the village president, the license may be suspended or revoked. (Ord. 1506, 2-15-2010; amd. 2011 Code)
