4-2-20: MISCELLANEOUS PROHIBITIONS:
   A.   Gambling Devices: No gambling device shall be kept or used for the purpose of gambling in any place licensed hereunder where alcohol, as defined in section 4-2-2 of this chapter, is sold for consumption on the premises, except any video gaming terminal or other device or activity permitted under the laws of the state of Illinois and as permitted under chapter 16 of this title.    B.   Unlawful Selling: The giving away of any alcohol, or the employment of any other shift or device to evade the provisions of this chapter, shall be deemed to be unlawful selling and shall be punished as such. (Ord. 1506, 2-15-2010)
