4-2-14: DUPLICATE LICENSES:
Whenever a license shall be lost or destroyed, a duplicate thereof shall be issued in lieu thereof by the village president, upon application made therefor by the licensee, who shall also make a verified statement of such loss or destruction. (Ord. 1506, 2-15-2010)
