Any licensee hereunder, except a class F or class I licensee, shall have and be given the right to a renewal or reissuance of any license at the same place upon compliance with the ordinances now in force in the village or which may hereafter be passed governing the issuance of said licenses; provided, however, the privilege of renewal or reissuance provided for in this section shall apply only so long as the license in each case shall have been kept in force continually and uninterruptedly in the name of the licensee or his successor in interest, and nothing herein provided shall be deemed to restrict the right of the village president to revoke any such license. A class F licensee hereunder shall not have the right of renewal or reissuance of such license but must reapply each year for a new license under the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 1506, 2-15-2010)
