3-5-1: CREATION OF REGISTRY:
The village clerk is hereby authorized and directed to create an "interested parties registry" in accordance with section 11-74.4-4.2 of the TIF act for each redevelopment project area created in the TIF act, whether now existing or created after the effective date hereof. (Ord. 1375, 4-3-2006)
