351.15 PARKING OF TRUCKS IN EXCESS OF FIVE TONS.
   (a)   No person shall stand or park a truck weighing more than 10,000 pounds on the following streets:
      (1)   On either side of Main Street from Front Street to Broad Street;
      (2)   On either side of Front Street from Huron Street or Park Street; and
      (3)   On either side of Park Street from Front Street to Church Street.
   (b)   No person shall stand or park a truck weighing more than 10,000 pounds in the following Village owned parking lots:
      (1)   On the north side of Church Street;
      (2)   On the west side of South Main Street.
   (c)   The Superintendent of Streets and Parks is hereby directed to post signs giving notice of the prohibitions of this section.

   (d)   Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to one predicate motor vehicle or traffic offense, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of two or more predicate motor vehicle or traffic offenses, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
