The Chief of Police, Superintendent of Streets and Parks, Superintendent of the Electrical Department and Superintendent of the Water and Sewer Department shall submit to their respective hiring authority a monthly activity report, to be submitted at the first monthly meeting of each hiring authority. All full-time employees of the various departments shall keep and file with their department heads weekly activity reports in such forms as Council shall prescribe.
