The Superintendent(s) of the Electrical Department shall be appointed by the Village Administrator with the approval of the Mayor and Council and shall serve at Council's pleasure. The Electrical Superintendent(s) shall have charge of the operation, construction and maintenance of all light and power, installations and operations under the jurisdiction of the Village.
