The Cashier and any Assistant Cashier(s) of the Light, Water and Sewer Departments shall be appointed by the Village Administrator with the approval of the Mayor and Council and serve at the pleasure of Council. His or her salary shall be charged as follows: forty percent (40%) to the Light Fund, thirty percent (30%) to the Water Fund and thirty percent (30%) to the Sewer Fund.
