The Cashier and any Assistant Cashier( s) of the Water and Sewer Departments shall be
appointed by the Village Administrator with the approval of the Mayor and Council and serve at the pleasure of Council. His or her salary shall be charged as follows: thirty-four percent (34%) to the Electric Fund, thirty-three percent (33%) to the Water Fund and thirty-three percent (33%) to the Sewer Fund.
