145.03 ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENTS.

The Assistant Superintendents of the Light, Water and Sewer Departments shall be appointed by the Village Administrator with the approval of the Mayor and Council and shall perform such duties as may be required by the Village or the Superintendent.
