The Superintendent(s) of the Light, Water and Sewer Departments shall be appointed by the Village Administrator with the approval of the Mayor and Council and shall serve at Council's pleasure. The Superintendent(s) shall have charge of the operation, construction and maintenance of all light, power, water and sanitary sewer installations and operations under the jurisdiction of the Village.
