143.02 ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT.

An Assistant Superintendent of Streets and Parks may be appointed and serve at the pleasure of Council, and his or her wage shall be chargeable to the Street Maintenance Fund at the rate of a Class A Streets and Parks Department employee.
