(a) There is hereby created a Drug Enforcement Fund into which shall be placed all mandatory fines received pursuant to Ohio R.C. 2925.03.
(b) The moneys in such fund shall be used to subsidize Village law enforcement efforts pertaining to drug offenses or for such other purposes as may be permitted by law.
