133.03 DELEGATION OF DUTIES IN ABSENCE OF ADMINISTRATOR.
   (a)   The Village Administrator shall, whenever he is going to be absent from the Village, designate the appropriate Village employee to carry out the duties of the Administrator relating to operation of the Village electric department, the street department, the water and waste water department and other similar public utilities.
   (b)   The Village Administrator shall communicate the designation to the Mayor, the President of Council and the Chief of Police, indicating the effective dates of the designation.
   (c)   While serving as acting Village Administrator, said designee shall be under the general supervision of the Mayor, and shall have only those powers and duties enumerated herein.
