It shall be the responsibility of the Commission to study, investigate and develop and/or update a written plan for the maintenance and use of the Jenkins Warehouse. The created or updated plan shall be presented semi-annually to Village Council and upon Council's acceptance and approval, the plan shall constitute the official Comprehensive Jenkins Warehouse Plan of the Village of Milan, Ohio (hereinafter "Plan"). The Commission, when requested by the Village Council, shall consider, investigate, make findings, report, and recommend on any special matter or question coming within the scope of its work. The Commission may consult with person or professional that in the Commission's opinion can assist in the creation and updating of the Plan or any special matter which Council request be considered or investigated.
