It shall be the responsibility of the Commission to study, investigate and develop and/or update a written plan for the use and activities of the Village parks and grounds. The created or updated plan shall be presented annually to Village Council and upon Council’s acceptance and approval, the plan shall constitute the official Comprehensive Parks and Activities Plan of the Village of Milan, Ohio (hereinafter “Plan”). The Commission, when requested by the Village Council, shall consider, investigate, make findings, report and recommend on any special matter or question coming within the scope of its work. The Commission may consult with any person or professional that in the Commission’s opinion can assist in the creation and updating of the Plan or any special matter which Council requests be considered or investigated.
