155.02 TERM OF OFFICE.

The term of each Commission member shall be three years, except the initial term for one resident member shall be one year and the initial term for the second resident member shall be two years. The member of the Village of Milan Council shall be chosen by the Village Council for a two year term. The Mayor shall be a permanent member of the Commission.
