155.01 CREATION AND ESTABLISHMENT.

There is hereby created and established a Village of Milan Parks and Activities Commission (hereinafter “Commission”) for the Village of Milan, Erie and Huron Counties, State of Ohio. The Commission shall consist of five members, three residents of the Village of Milan, the Mayor of the Village and a member of the Village of Milan Council. The Mayor shall appoint the resident members of the Commission with the approval of Council.
