There is hereby created and established a Village of Milan Beautification Commission (hereinafter "Commission") for the Village of Milan, Erie and Huron Counties, State of Ohio. The Commission shall consist of seven members, a member of the Milan Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Milan Garden Club, three residents of the Village of Milan, the Mayor of the Village and the Village Administrator or his/her designee. The member appointed to the Commission from the Milan Chamber of Commerce and the member appointed from the Milan Garden Club shall each be recommended to the Mayor by their organization. If the recommended person is acceptable to the Mayor, the Mayor shall appoint him/her to the Commission with the consent of Council. The three resident members of the Commission shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council.
