1103.99 PENALTY.

Whoever constructs, reconstructs, alters, changes, or demolishes, any exterior feature of any structure, work or art, object, or area in violation of this chapter, or whoever maintains, changes, or installs a sign in violation of this chapter, shall be deemed in violation of the Zoning Code and such violation shall be punishable under Chapter 1129 of the Zoning Code.
