1103.05 TRIGGERING MECHANISM FOR DESIGN REVIEW.
   Once a property owner applies for the required site plan review, or in the case of a sign, for a permit, the applicable Design Review Board application will be forwarded to the Board. Any alterations to buildings within the C-1 Central Business District limits must receive Design Review Board approval prior to building permit issuance.
