Council hereby establishes a policy of permitting the sale and consumption of food and beverages on a portion of the right-of-way owned by the Village on the Village Square only. Furthermore, any merchant or business owner desiring to sell food and beverages for consumption upon a portion of the right-of-way owned by the Village on the Village Square is required to execute an agreement by and between the business owner and the Village and is required to abide by the terms of said agreement. Failure to comply with any of the requirements contained therein will result in the immediate revocation of the permit. The permit holder may apply to the Board of Zoning Appeals to appeal any revocation of this permit within ten days of the date of revocation.
