Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 743.27, beginning in December for the year 2016, the Water and Sewer Department shall be required to pay its entire monthly electric bill to the Village Electric Fund for the electricity it uses for municipal purposes. However, in order to defray its expenses and keep sufficient moneys in the Water and Sewer Funds for the continued operation of the Village Water and Sewer systems, one-half of the total amount of the annual electric billing for the Water and Sewer Departments will be paid into the Water and Sewer Fund respectively.
