921.11 PAYMENT OF WATER AND/OR SEWER FEES BY VILLAGE OR TOWNSHIP PROPERTIES.

Commencing with the first billing period following the effective date of this section, any Village of Milan or Township of Milan property serviced by water and/or sewer provided by the Village of Milan Water and/or Wastewater shall be billed for water and/or sewer services provided by the Village.
