The Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with Huron Township for the enforcement of the Residential Code of Ohio and the Ohio Building Code (except plumbing) within the jurisdictional limits of the Village, whereby the Huron Township Building Department will exercise all enforcement authority and accept and approve plans and specifications and make necessary inspections within the jurisdictional limits of the Village in accordance with the provisions of the Residential Code of Ohio and the Ohio Building Code (with the exception of plumbing).
