(a) Parking of vehicles with weight in excess of 10,000 pounds is prohibited in the municipal parking lot located north of Front Street.
(b) The Village Administrator shall post signs at the entrance of said municipal parking lot which contains a statement in substantially the following form: “Parking of Vehicles with weight in excess of ten thousand pounds prohibited”.
(c) A violation of this parking prohibition, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to one predicate motor vehicle or traffic offense, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If, within one year of the offense, the offender has been convicted of two or more predicate motor vehicle or traffic offenses, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
