(a) Certain parking spaces in the Village Administration parking lot shall be designated for police business parking only and overnight parking in the Village Administration Building parking lot without permission shall be prohibited.
(b) The Village Administrator shall post signs at the entrance of the Village Administration Building parking lot which contain a statement in substantially the following form:
"Overnight Parking, without permission, is prohibited in this area".
(c) The Village Administrator shall post signs in certain spots in the Village Administration Building parking lot which contain a statement in substantially the following form:
"Police Business Parking Only".
(d) A violation of either of these prohibitions is a minor misdemeanor, and the maximum fine shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00), unless the offender has been previously convicted of a violation of this section, then the maximum fine shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).
