(a) It shall be the duty of the owner to employ registered professional engineers, State of Ohio, to prepare the construction plans and to stake out the work in the field in accordance with the approved plans. Grade and line stakes shall be set at intervals not exceeding twenty-five feet for all vertical and horizontal curves, and at fifty foot maximum spacing on tangents. Such stakes shall be protected until their use is no longer needed.
(b) Matters in question regarding the design or stake out of the work shall be referred to the Village Engineer for his interpretation.
