1191.99 PENALTY.

Whoever willfully violates any rule or regulation or fails to comply with any order issued pursuant to this Title Seven shall forfeit and pay not more than one thousand ($1,000) dollars for the use of the Village, as determined under Ohio Revised Code 711.102.
