Title Seven of the Planning and Zoning Code shall be known as the Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Milan, Ohio and is hereby adopted and enacted and shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, and thereupon all legislative enactments and parts thereof, heretofore enacted by Council, that deal with subdivision and allotment of lands within the corporate limits of the Village.
