   1149.02 PERMITTED USES.
   The following are permitted uses in the R-2 Residential District:
   (a)   Single family residential dwellings.
   (b)   Two-family residential dwellings.
   (c)   All uses permitted in the R-l Residential District.
   (d)   Bed and breakfast operations.
