1133.12 APPEALS TO COURTS.

(a) A person aggrieved by a final decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals may appeal to the appropriate Court of Common Pleas in the manner provided in Chapter 2505 and 2506 of the Ohio Revised Code.

(b) In any such appeal, the Zoning Inspector shall be the Appellee. The Village Solicitor shall serve as Counsel for the Zoning Inspector.
