Upon good cause shown, the Village Administrator may vary or waive any provision contained in this legislation with respect to its application to a particular service provider when in the judgment of the Village Administrator enforcement of the provision would be inappropriate and/or an unnecessary hardship on the service provider. Any such variance or waiver shall be done on a nondiscriminatory basis and shall be in written form setting forth the reasons for the waiver or variance. A copy of all waivers and variances shall be maintained by the Village.
