977.02 INTERFERENCE WITH THE PUBLIC WAYS.

   No permit holder may locate or maintain its facilities so as to unreasonably interfere with the use of the public ways by the Village, by the general public or by other persons authorized to use the public ways. All such facilities shall be moved or removed by the permit holder within thirty (30) days of a written request from the Village, in a manner as determined by the Village Administrator.

977.03 DAMAGE TO PROPERTY.

   No use permit holder shall take or permit any action that may impair the use of or damage any Village property, public ways, or other property located in, on or adjacent to the public ways.

977.04 MAINTENANCE OF FACILITIES.

   Each permit holder shall maintain its facilities in good repair and in a manner that complies with all applicable federal, State and local laws.
