(a) In managing and caring for the Public Ways by monitoring the usage, installation and construction of facilities thereon and thereunder;
(b) In the collection and enforcement of any municipal taxes, franchise fees, compliance fees or charges that may be due the Village;
(c) In monitoring compliance with this legislation and local, State and federal laws.
