Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this legislation shall be fined not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) nor more than two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) for each offense. A separate and distinct offense shall be deemed committed each day on which a violation occurs or continues.
