941.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)    "Person" means any individual, firm, corporation, association, partnership, political subdivision or other entity.
   (b)    "Premises" means any land, buildings or structure upon or in which refuse may be stored, placed or accumulated.
   (c)    "Refuse" means all putrescible and nonputrescible solid wastes of a community, including garbage, rubbish, ashes and dead animals, but not including bodily wastes.
   (d)    "Garbage" means putrescible animal and vegetable wastes resulting from the handling, processing, preparation, cooking and serving of food.
   (e)    "Bulk containers" means large, covered containers made of heavy duty metal, of various sizes and types, used at larger installations for sorting refuse and /or garbage which are picked up and carried away by special type vehicles or are mechanically dumped into the vehicle on the premises.
   (f)    "Packer-type vehicle" means those vehicles of various sizes and types, having an enclosed metal body and having facilities for compressing the refuse and /or garbage placed in the vehicle so as to increase the capacity of the vehicles.
   (g)    "Industrial waste" means any residue or waste by-products, either liquid or solid, resulting from a manufacturing or industrial process.
