(a) Availability. Available for customers receiving service at Village's primary distribution voltage and guaranteeing a Minimum Load of 300kW.
(b) Service.
(1) Alternating current three phase, 60 Hz, nominal voltage 2,400 volts, phase to phase delta.
(2) Alternating current three phase, 60 Hz, 4160 voltage phase to phase Wye.
(c) Rate. The Net Monthly Charge shall be:

Energy Charge: | (Incremental Energy Cost+ 20%)* |
*The Capacity, Reactive and Energy Charges will be based on the Village's incremental power supply costs, including transmission and capacity related charges, dispatch fees, service fees and losses.
(d) Power Supply Cost Adjustment. Customers served under this rate shall not
be subject to the Village's Power Supply Cost Adjustment.
