929.01 RESIDENTIAL SERVICE.
   (a)    Availability. This rate is available for residential service to installations served through one meter for each family unit in a residence or apartment.
   When service is used through the same meter for both residential and commercial
purposes, the applicable general service rate schedule shall apply.
   This rate schedule is not available for service to commercial, institutional or
industrial establishments.
   (b)    Service. Alternating current, single phase, 60 Hz, nominal voltages of 120 volt 2 wire, 120/240 volt 3 wire or 120/208 volt 3 wire.
   (c)   Rate:

   The minimum monthly charge shall be the customer charge for both non-load and load management rates
   (d)    Billing Demand. The billing demand for the month shall be the highest measured thirty minute kW demand during the month.
   (e)    Demand Meter. A demand meter may be installed if the customer's usage has
been in excess of 500 kilowatt hours per month, for three consecutive months, and the customer consents to the installation, and the customer's meter socket can accept a standard three wire demand meter. The demand meter may be removed if the customer's usage is less than 500 kilowatt hours per month, for twelve months, or if requested in writing by the customer.
   (f)    Multi-Family Dwellings. Where two or more facilities, with separate cooking
facilities, occupy a residential dwelling, the wiring shall be arranged so that the service to each family can be metered and billed separately. If the wiring is not so arranged and two or more families are served through one meter, the energy blocks and minimum charge as determined on a single family basis shall be multiplied by the number of families served.

   (g)    Terms of Payment. The amount billed for electrical service is due and payable on or before the fifteenth day of the month of billing. On all bills not paid in full by the due date a late fee of ten percent (10%) shall be charged on the amount billed. Any account not paid in full within five days after the due date of such bill is delinquent and the Village reserves the right to discontinue the service. In the event the Village elects to so terminate, the customer shall receive a final notice stating the date the service shall be terminated, unless a request for an extension, for good cause shown, is received, and shall upon this same notice be advised of a right to an Administrator’s hearing prior to termination. Said notice shall include the number of the Erie and Huron County Department of Jobs and Family Services, to direct the customer to assistance. In the event of a shut-off for nonpayment of bills, there shall be a charge of fifty dollars ($50.00) for reconnection of service.

   (h)    Compatibility. Motors and equipment served under this rate schedule must
have electrical characteristics so as not to interfere with service supplied of other
