903.03 INSPECTION OF CONNECTIONS; BACKFILL.

(a) All connections for water or sewer purposes shall be inspected and approved by the Superintendent of the Water and Sewer Departments before they are covered.

(b) All backfill shall be made of materials and in the manner specified by the Superintendent of Streets or Street Foreman.
