The Village Solicitor or designee may institute appropriate legal action, either civil or criminal, as authorized herein, or as may be otherwise available and appropriate either at law or in equity, which may, in the judgment of the Village Solicitor or designee, be necessary for the enforcement of any order or orders issued pursuant to this chapter. Any such suits or proceedings are to be brought in the name of the Village.
