If the Company shall fail to comply with any of the provisions of this grant, or default in any of its undertakings or obligations hereunder and shall fail within thirty days after receipt of written notice from the Village to correct such default or noncompliance, then the Village shall have the right to revoke any or all rights and privileges granted hereunder. Provided, however, that default or noncompliance resulting from factors beyond the reasonable control of the Company shall not be sufficient grounds for revocation.
