721.17 RESPONSIBILITY FOR COSTS.

The Company shall assume and pay all cost of publication of this chapter and shall further reimburse to the Village upon demand any cost or expense incurred by the Village during the term of this grant in the issuance, administration or enforcement of this chapter.
