721.15 INDEMNIFICATION.
   The Company shall during the term of this grant indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Village, its agents and employees from and against any and all action, causes of actions, claims, demands, liabilities, loss, damage or expense, including attorneys fees which the Village may suffer or incur by reason of bodily injury, including death, to any person or persons, or by reason of damage to or destruction of any property including loss of use thereof, which may arise in any way either directly or indirectly from the construction, operation or maintenance of the cable television system herein contemplated. For this purpose the Company shall at all times during the term of this grant maintain the following insurance for itself and the Village:
   (a)    Against liability for personal injury or death in an amount not less than two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for any one person, and subject to the same limit for any one person, in an amount not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for any one occurrence.
   (b)    Against liability for property damage in an amount not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for any one occurrence and subject to the same limit for any one occurrence, in an aggregate amount of not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).
   (c)    Contractual liability assuring all of the Company's undertakings under this chapter and particularly the Company's indemnification of the Village stated herein.
   (d)    Current certificates of insurance shall be filed with the Clerk-Treasurer.
