The Company agrees to pay three percent (3%) of the gross receipts as a franchise fee to begin January 1, 1982 and through the remaining term of this agreement to the Village on an annual basis. Payment to be received by the Village no later than sixty days after the end of the calendar year. Such franchise fee to apply to all moneys received or billed for cablevision service and for all advertising revenues originating from businesses located within the Village.
