The Company shall procure any and all grants, certificates, approvals and permits from Municipal, State and Federal agencies or authorities of competent jurisdiction including but not limited to FCC operating authorization and distant signal waiver which in the Company's opinion are necessary for the construction, operation and maintenance of the cable television system herein contemplated.
