All electronic equipment shall be engineered, installed and maintained so as to provide pictures throughout the system of essentially the same quality as those received at the Company's antenna site. Such equipment shall be such that standard NTSC color signal shall be transmitted with full fidelity. The Company shall employ such devices and equipment as may be necessary to avoid interference to TV reception by non-subscribers.
