Neither the rights to use the public streets and ways granted herein, nor their use by the Company, shall be deemed to create vested interests therein, and any lines or equipment placed in the public streets or ways shall be removed by the Company upon reasonable notice whenever the same shall restrict or obstruct the operation or location of any future streets, alleys or public places.
